RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

At DazMeUp, as a small startup crafting demi-fine 18K gold-plated jewelry by hand, we pour love into every piece to ensure it dazzles you. To keep costs low and quality high for everyone, we have a limited returns policy focused on defects only. This helps us avoid common issues like size mismatches (use our guides!) while building trust through clear expectations.

Eligible Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dazmeup@gmail.com with unboxing video, photos, order number, and details.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • We'll inspect and process exchanges or refunds (prepaid: original payment; COD: wallet credit or bank transfer) within 7-10 working days. Courier costs on us for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind, fit, size, or style preference (check our sizing charts and reviews first!).

  • Personalized, sale, or discounted items.

  • Worn, altered, or missing tags/packaging.

  • Color variations (slight due to handcrafting/monitor differences).
    Jewelry hygiene rules apply—earrings and used pieces are final.

Exchanges are limited to same-value swaps for defects only, subject to stock. No store credit or cash refunds otherwise.
