To keep costs low and quality high for everyone, we have a limited returns policy focused on defects only. This helps us avoid common issues like size mismatches (use our guides!) while building trust through clear expectations.
Eligible Returns
Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dazmeup@gmail.com with unboxing video, photos, order number, and details.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
We'll inspect and process exchanges or refunds (prepaid: original payment; COD: wallet credit or bank transfer) within 7-10 working days. Courier costs on us for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
No returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
